WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS:
Dance To The Divine: Movement As A Form Of Healing And Pure Expression
This workshop is about using movement as a form of devotional prayer and connecting more fully with the Divine, deepening communication with our true and authentic nature. No formal dance skills are required. All that is required is a willingness and openness to experience yourself in a different way.
This is an unstructured experience of allowing the energy to move through your body to release any stagnation, tightness, restrictions or any previous conditioning or programming. A sacred space of healing is created throughout the evening using CCTH. Together we give each other permission to let go of our worldly concerns and immerse ourselves in pure joy and love!
Dates: 1st session: January 10, 24, February 7, 10
Times: 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Location: Expressionz Cafe, 9938 70th Avenue
Cost: $20 drop in or sign up for all 4 classes and pay only $70
Dates: 2nd session: March 6, 20, April 19, May 1, 3
Times: 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Location: Expressionz Cafe, 9938 70th Avenue
Cost: $20 drop in or sign up for all 5 classes and pay only $90
Supplies: Please wear loose and comfortable clothing (and layers), bring a water bottle, yoga mat and a blanket.

Healing Treatment Rooms:
The Healing Treatment Room experience is a unique and special opportunity to immerse yourself in high sacred healing energies using CCTH. The healing treatment rooms are offered on a limited basis throughout each month and is limited to four people per day. There are certain conditions that need to be adhered to one week prior to the treatment and one week following the treatment. These conditions are given to those who sign up for a spot in the healing treatment room.
Cost: Based on cash donation- recommended minimum is $40

Time availability for February 12: 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (full)
Time availability for March 5: 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Time availability for March 7: 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Pre-registration for Healing Treatment Rooms is required.
Core and Cellular Transformational Healing Circles
Come and join Sherry in these powerful and transformative CCTH circles. A sacred space of healing is created for you to release any blockages, limitations and confinements that are holding you back from your true and authentic expression.These healing circles are also an opportunity to connect with others who are on a similar path of exploration and diving deeper into the unknowable mysteries of living life from a spiritual perspective.
